Wirebreak Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 16 March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Wirebreak, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring account information remains accurate and up to date.

3. Subscription Access and Duration

Wirebreak sells time-limited digital subscriptions only. Purchasing a plan grants access for the paid period only (for example, 1 month or 3 months), starting when access is activated. Access expires automatically when the subscription period ends unless renewed. No perpetual, lifetime, or ownership rights are granted.

4. Payments and Billing

Fees are payable in advance for the selected subscription period. You authorize Wirebreak and its payment providers to process applicable charges. Non-payment, payment reversal, chargebacks, or suspected fraud may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property and License Limits

All platform content, question banks, explanations, analytics, software, branding, and materials remain the exclusive property of Wirebreak and its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal exam preparation during an active subscription term only.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not share accounts, allow third-party access, copy content, scrape data, reverse engineer, resell access, redistribute materials, or use Wirebreak for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Educational Nature of Service

Wirebreak provides educational support tools for SANS 10142 / Installation Rules exam preparation. We do not guarantee exam passes, certifications, employment outcomes, or regulatory approval. AI explanations, performance analytics, recommendations, and readiness indicators are informational only and are not official regulatory or legal authority text. You remain responsible for checking official materials and preparing independently.

8. Platform Availability and Changes

Wirebreak may modify, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or security actions that affect access.

9. Suspension and Termination

Wirebreak may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, abuse, account sharing, fraud, misuse, non-payment, chargebacks, security risks, or legal requirements. Termination does not create a right to refund except where required by law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wirebreak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or exam outcomes. Wirebreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from reliance on educational analytics or AI-generated outputs.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by competent courts in South Africa.
